I set my final goal at 115. It was really hard to set an ultimate goal, because in the past, all I worked towards was to be the smallest I could possibly be. As small as I got, it was never good enough. I know that getting to 115 won't feel like an ending point when I get there. I don't want to put my family through anymore pain. I don't want to put my boyfriend through anymore guilt. So I am going to do my best to stop when I get there and just maintain. I would rather be unhappy than hurt the people I love again. I am going to lose weight. I am also going to try and change myself for the better. Change my thoughts to be less self destructive. Maybe one day I can be happy with myself. People can change right?
